L’aventure Creatures Dolls commence en 2011 lorsque je d\u00e9cide de pr\u00e9senter ma premi\u00e8re BJD (xb12) au salon Ldoll (Lyon, France). Ce qui n’\u00e9tait qu’un terrain d’exploration artistique va vite devenir mon m\u00e9tier \u00e0 plein temps ! Apr\u00e8s beaucoup de bons retours, je d\u00e9cide de laisser tomber mon activit\u00e9 de dessinatrice\/illustratrice pour le modelage et de regrouper mes cr\u00e9ations sous le nom \u00ab Creatures Dolls \u00bb : c\u2019est \u00e7a que je veux mettre en avant dans mes cr\u00e9ations, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9trange ou bizarre tout en gardant un c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9l\u00e9gant et gracieux, c\u2019est ce que je trouve int\u00e9ressant et qui stimule mon imagination !<\/p>\n

Creatures Dolls c’est aussi une petite structure puisque je suis toute seule aux commandes. Je m’occupe de la cr\u00e9ation des mod\u00e8les, de la conception, des commandes, de l’envoi des colis, de l’administratif, de la promotion, des salons… \u00e7a fait beaucoup de boulot ! Mais au moins c’est vari\u00e9 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes en secr\u00e9tariat trilingue, je suis 2 ans de cours dans une \u00e9cole de formation aux m\u00e9tiers de l’image. Je commence alors mon activit\u00e9 en tant qu’illustratrice jeunesse\/BD freelance . En parall\u00e8le de la cr\u00e9ation de dossiers pour les \u00e9diteurs potentiels, je continue de m’int\u00e9resser \u00e0 plein (trop ?) d’autres choses diff\u00e9rentes jusqu’\u00e0 tomber sur les BJDs. C’est le coup de coeur pour ce que je trouve \u00eatre un support artistique parfait : cr\u00e9er des personnages en vrai !
\nJe d\u00e9cide de me lancer dans la r\u00e9alisation d’un premier personnage de A \u00e0 Z et de tester le moulage et tirage r\u00e9sine. Puis j’encha\u00eene sur un second mod\u00e8le avec pour objectif de participer \u00e0 mon premier salon sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en poup\u00e9es. C’est une exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s enrichissante qui me pousse \u00e0 continuer dans cette voie. Depuis, je travaille \u00e0 plein temps chez moi sur mes poup\u00e9es et autres cr\u00e9atures.
\nMes plus grandes sources d’inspiration sont la science-fiction et la nature, tout cela teint\u00e9 de magie et de sciences occultes… Tout ce qui a trait au bizarre, \u00e0 l’\u00e9trange, au mystique, tout ce qui sort de l’ordinaire m’int\u00e9resse.<\/p>\n

J’esp\u00e8re pouvoir continuer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des cr\u00e9atures encore longtemps ! <3<\/p>\n

Creatures Dolls’s adventure begins in 2011 when i decide to show the first doll i made (xb12) during Ldoll festival (Lyon, France). What was only a field of artistic exploration will quickly become my full-time job ! After lots of good feedbacks on my work, I decide to give up my comic strip activity for modeling and to group my creations under the name \u00ab\u00a0Creatures Dolls\u00a0\u00bb: that’s what I want to highlight in my work, the strange side or bizarre while keeping an elegant and graceful side, this is what I find interesting and which stimulates my imagination!<\/p>\n

Creatures Dolls, it’s also a small organization because i’m in charge of everything : doll design, prototypes realisation, orders process, packaging, administrative services, promo, shows… that’s a lot to do! But at least not boring \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

After some trilingual secretariat studies, i study arts during 2 years in an art school. I then start my activity as a youth illustrator \/ comic strip freelance. In parallel with the creation of files for potential publishers, I continue to be interested in lots (too much?) of other different things until I come across BJDs. It looks like what I find to be the perfect artistic support: creating characters for real!
\nI decide to realize a first character from A to Z and to test the molding and resin casting. Then I move on to a second model with the aim of participating in my first show specializing in dolls. It is a very enriching experience that pushes me to go on this path. Now, i work full-time on dolls and creatures at home.<\/p>\n

My biggest sources of inspiration are science fiction and nature, all tinged with magic and occult sciences … Everything related to the bizarre, the strange, the mystical, everything that comes out of the ordinary interests me.<\/p>\n

I hope i can go on creating dolls for a long time! <3<\/p>\n
